At NessCrafts, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted Moroccan products. Due to the international nature of our business and the artisanal quality of our items, this policy outlines clear and fair conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The return period begins on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier’s tracking system
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted

⚠️ Important for international orders: Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carriers. Customers are encouraged to initiate return requests promptly after delivery.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, including all protective materials
  • Complete with all accessories, tags, and documentation
  • Free from damage, wear, or alteration after delivery

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All NessCrafts products are handcrafted by Moroccan and africans artisans, which means:

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, or finish are natural
  • These variations are part of the product’s authenticity and uniqueness
  • Such differences do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for return

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

3. Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via:
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. Wait for our return approval and instructions before shipping

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or not processed.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide:

  • Order number (preferred), or
  • Proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt)

4. Return Shipping

Responsibility

  • If the return is due to:
    • A defective item
    • A damaged item during shipping
    • A wrong item sent by us
      NessCrafts will cover return shipping costs
  • For all other approved returns (e.g., change of mind):
    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

International Return Requirements

  • All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return
    • Ensuring proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit

We strongly recommend:

  • Insuring the package
  • Keeping proof of shipment until the return is completed

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of:
    • The item
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

All cases are evaluated individually.

If damage occurred during shipping, we may require additional documentation for carrier insurance claims.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
  • If approved:
    • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
    • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Please note:

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

If you prefer an exchange:

  • Indicate this when submitting your return request
  • Specify the desired item (size, variation, etc.)

Conditions:

  • If the new item is higher in value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If lower in value, the difference will be refunded
  • Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is received and approved

7. International Orders – Important Notes

Due to the global nature of NessCrafts:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services
  • The 30-day return window remains valid from confirmed delivery date
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Import duties and taxes
    • Return shipping customs declarations

We recommend contacting us promptly if there are any delivery concerns.
