Handmade Product Disclaimer
All NessCrafts products are handcrafted by Moroccan and africans artisans, which means:
- Minor variations in color, size, texture, or finish are natural
- These variations are part of the product’s authenticity and uniqueness
- Such differences do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for return
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
