All NessCrafts products are handcrafted or carefully sourced from artisans in Morocco, which means processing times may vary.
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day
During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship worldwide, including:

- Asia and other international regions

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Morocco: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order
- We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated on the Website
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
- You can track your order through the carrier’s website
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear

NessCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
7.2 Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
7.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first

NessCrafts is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or packaging requirements.

10. Handmade Product Notice
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

- These variations are not considered defects and reflect the uniqueness of each item
